International Project Lead
Kieran Griffin is an experienced international project lead and management consultant with over a decade of expertise in cyber security, digital resilience, and international development. He currently works at PGI – Protection Group International, where he leads global initiatives focused on cyber threat management and digital investigations, supporting governments, NGOs, and multilateral partners. Prior to this, Kieran worked at a leading international management consultancy, where he delivered projects across cybersecurity, conflict, stabilization, disinformation, and illicit finance. He has worked extensively across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe, and specializes in designing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs that address hybrid threats in fragile and high-risk environments.
This will be a highly interactive, scenario-based workshop where participants take on defined roles within a simulated organization responding to a realistic cyber-attack. The session will be facilitated by a cyber expert who guides participants through the unfolding incident, prompting decision-making, communication, and coordination under pressure. The format encourages active participation, discussion, and reflection on real-world challenges in cyber crisis management
